What is Power BI and do we need it?
Power BI is Microsoft's analytics tool that joins data from different systems into interactive dashboards. You need it when the monthly report is built by hand in Excel, you have several branches or departments, and the numbers disagree. It is one of the tools we use; where needed we work with Microsoft Fabric, Python and AI models.
How long until the first dashboard?
Usually 2–4 weeks: one week for the audit and connecting sources, one or two for the data model, then the first dashboard refined with you. Complex integrations (several ERPs, APIs) take up to 6 weeks.
What determines the price?
We work on a monthly-service model: one fee that covers the data model, refresh, support and changes, plus a one-time setup. The price depends on the number and complexity of sources, the number of dashboards, and whether you need AI and forecasting models. The first month is a pilot. You get a concrete offer after a free 30-minute consultation.
Which systems do you connect?
1C, Bitrix24, Excel and Google Sheets, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, POS and hotel systems (PMS), bank statements, Facebook/Google Ads, any API. If a system can export, we can connect it.
Where is our data stored and how secure is it?
Your data stays yours — in your Microsoft tenant (Power BI / Fabric) or on your server. Access is role-based: a branch manager sees their branch, the director sees everything. A confidentiality clause is standard in the contract.
Do we need our own IT or analyst?
No. That is the point of the service: connecting, building, daily refresh and changes are on us. From your side we need one person who knows where the data is and 2–3 hours a week in the first month.
How does the AI assistant work on company data?
The assistant is bound to your data model, not the internet. You ask in Georgian or English — "which branch is behind plan?" — it computes the answer from the model, shows the number and a chart, and cites the source. Your data is not used to train the model and is not shared with third parties.
